1 cup grimy wheat bread crumbs (for added fiber)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tub fresh oregano chopped or 1 tsp dried)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Bake Chicken in the Oven: To oven bake; preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will help ensure that your tilapia cooks through evenly and obtains a nice golden-brown sear.

Make the Herb Mixture: In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat breadcrumbs, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped oregano, minced garlic, and lemon water until mixed Combine all of your ingredients with some Stir and mix to cover the breadcrumbs thoroughly with the oil and herbs.

Lay Tilapia Out: Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil then place tilapia fillets. This will help prevent sticking and clean-up easier.

Sprinkle the Herb Mixture: Spoon her mixture generously over each tilapia filet and press gently to make sure it sticks.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or till the fish is cooked and flakes simply with a fork. The crust should be golden-brown and crisp.
